This year’s event will feature as a keynote speaker Barbara Merrill, CEO of the American Network of Community Resources.  She is a long time advocate, attorney, and former elected official who will share insight on national trends and ways that membership organizations, experts, advocates, direct support professionals, and others can contribute to making developmental disability services the best they can be.
